We were so fortunate to work with Judi.
We had a lot to do getting the home ready for sale, and Judi pointed us in the right direction with everyone we needed to get the home sold. She made it easy for us and took care of every detail. We would recommend her highly-she grew up and lives in the area and really knows the market. We feel we priced the home fairly and were overwhelmed with joy when we got a significant amount over the asking price. Judi showed the home non-stop for 3 long days, we had multiple offers, and were very satisfied with her strategy and business acumen. I have known Gary for over 15 years and there isn’t a single realtor I trust more. Gary is beyond professional, supportive, and knowledgeable. He is a true class act. My girlfriend and I used Gary to buy our first home together this past week. From day one of the home buying process, Gary worked tirelessly to make sure our needs were met throughout the entire house hunt. He was always available when we needed him or had any questions. What impressed us the most was the extensive research Gary did on each property prior to showing them to us. He canvased each property with a fine toothed comb to make sure we were educated on every potential risk and/or benefit to the properties he was showing us. We were also impressed with the immense list of contacts Gary had to help us along the way, whether it was someone to service our septic tank, our home inspector, and even an attorney recommendation. This was our first experience using a septic system and Gary saved us thousands of dollars by recommending a septic company to provide us with a second opinion on a potential issue. Judi helped my Mom buy a new home and sell her existing home. She and her associates were absolutely amazing! She walked us through each detail of the process and stuck with it all the way, even though several unique and complicated issues came up in trying to sell the old house. She has a wealth of contacts, all of whom are responsive, respectful and do great work. They were so helpful in the moving process, from actually moving my Mom to painting, repairs, inspectors and a wealth of others. I would recommend Judi to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Judi and her team at Gabler Realty are second to none; there is no one better. We have both bought and sold homes (including some complicated ones) using Judi and are always happy with our experience. Additionally, Judi provides some wrap around services and referrals to contractors to make needed repairs or updates to your home prior to sale; always professional experiences with anyone she refers as well.
